[ Video & Online Games ] Open Question : I have Rock Band 2 for the 360 and I play using the wireless drums - here is my question?

My wireless drums hook up to my profile, and they don't have a headphone jack so I cannot chat with my friends while I'm playing. If I buy a wireless headset will it still hook up under my profile along with my drums? Not being able to chat with my friends while playing RB2 is really annoying.
